To initiate a return or exchange, email us at orders@autopaintcentre.co.za with the following information:
- The name and size of the product/s you want to return or exchange.
- The reason for your return or exchange.
- Confirmation that the product/s are still in their original packaging and have not been used.
- The invoice number.
- The date the product/s were received.
Once your email has been received, it will be evaluated and responded to within 1 – 2 business days with the procedure to follow.
Please note the following regarding returns:
- Depending on where the customer is situated, replacement products will take between 1 – 5 business days to arrive upon return of faulty/damaged/unwanted products.
- Shipping fees will be sent to the customer in the responding email should the fault not lie with Auto Paint Centre.
- If the product has been lost or damaged, Auto Paint Centre will replace the product free of charge considering the product was sent by our courier.
