REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Refunds or exchanges are accepted within valid reason. The policy below will be applied to all returns.
  • Discounted and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The customer will be liable for any additional shipping fees for the transportation on returned and exchanged products should the fault not lie with Auto Paint Centre.
  • Returned products will only be accepted in their original packaging with no signs of wear or use.
  • Should the product/s arrive damaged, photos of the damage must be sent to Auto Paint Centre on the day the package is received. If the product/s have been damaged by our courier, we will arrange a return and replace the damaged goods at no additional cost to the customer.
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at orders@autopaintcentre.co.za with the following information:
  1. The name and size of the product/s you want to return or exchange.
  2. The reason for your return or exchange.
  3. Confirmation that the product/s are still in their original packaging and have not been used.
  4. The invoice number.
  5. The date the product/s were received.

Once your email has been received, it will be evaluated and responded to within 1 – 2 business days with the procedure to follow.

Please note the following regarding returns:
  • Depending on where the customer is situated, replacement products will take between 1 – 5 business days to arrive upon return of faulty/damaged/unwanted products.
  • Shipping fees will be sent to the customer in the responding email should the fault not lie with Auto Paint Centre.
  • If the product has been lost or damaged, Auto Paint Centre will replace the product free of charge considering the product was sent by our courier.
